::  "Active Event Manager 2001" - Microsoft Visual Basic 6 UI.  Access 97 and 2000 back-end.  Had to function with both versions.  Solved DAO/Jet incompatibilities.

:: Urgent development life cycle (6 weeks).   Completed on schedule.  Solved two critical hurdles in first week.

:: ADO 2.1, DAO 3.6, Jet 4.0.  Wrote several new Collection/class objects. TDBGRID 7.0 OLE control.  ADODC data control.  OLEDB.  SQL.  Treeview/listview controls.  Registry settings.  

:: FTP download interface.  Database import.   Dynamic table and relationship updates.  

    Replaced ODBC import.

:: Reports interface.  Saved company 1 week of development time by using Access.application object in VB front.   Used to run existing backend reports instead of redeveloping in Crystal reports or other.

:: USAF B-52 mission planning system.  Wrote two critical portions: B-52 route verification, and  IDMS/R database mission storage.

:: CP/M operating system, REXX editor, IBM 370.  Fortran 77.

:: Overcame 1 million lines of “spaghetti” code in system, 14mb RAM limitation, strict government QA requirements and programming methodologies.  System was successfully delivered. Two year production schedule.
