South Dakota Board of
Accountancy Management System This project entailed a one and a half-year conversion, for which I designed, developed, tested, installed, updated and provided training and documentation, including security. The system replaced Q&A and FoxPro programs. The system is responsible for managing the entire office, which tracks Certified Public Accountants and Public Accountants, along with information pertaining to their firms, billing, testing, letters and other related information. The system was written in Microsoft Access '97 and worked together with Microsoft Word to generate several merge letters via this interface, along with many reports. This system is one example of the dozens of Microsoft Access applications which I have created since 1995.
